Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Secure Your Jewelry
Place the item in its original presentation box and include all diamond grading certificates and documentation provided at the time of purchase.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure your high-value item is protected.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
